Refunds and Returns
We are pleased to offer a full refund in circumstances where you decide to cancel your order, provided that the medication or products have not yet been dispensed. If you wish to request a cancellation and refund at this stage, please contact us by email at sales@weightlospillsforsale.com, clearly stating your order number and the delivery address associated with the order. Once verified, we will arrange for your refund to be processed promptly.
Once a medication has been dispensed, it is individually labelled, packed, and prepared specifically for you and cannot be reused or redistributed. Due to this personalized preparation process, as well as strict legislation governing prescription-only medicines, orders cannot be cancelled after dispensing, and no refunds can be offered at this point.
For absolute clarity, if your order has already been dispensed and delivered, and you later decide that you no longer wish to proceed, returns will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued under any circumstances.
Please note that orders may be reviewed, approved, and dispensed on the same day they are placed. If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, it is essential that you contact us immediately after placing the order.
All approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment card used at checkout.
Weight Loss Pills Pharmacy does not manufacture any medications and only dispenses pharmaceutical products that are fully licensed for use in the United States. Refunds will not be issued if a medication does not meet your personal expectations in terms of effectiveness or if you are unable to achieve your desired weight loss results. As with all prescription medications, side effects may occur, and no refunds will be offered in cases where undesirable side effects are experienced.
We strongly recommend that new customers initially order the smallest available quantity of medication. This helps reduce the risk of having to discard unused medication if you find that you are unable to tolerate the treatment. Please be aware that prescription-only medicines cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to legal restrictions governing their sale and supply.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty device or injection pen, please contact us immediately, and no later than 24–48 hours after delivery, by emailing sales@weightlospillsforsale.com. We will investigate the issue as a priority.
You may be asked to return the unused faulty pen to the pharmacy using a recorded or tracked delivery service, along with a written description of the fault. A formal case will then be opened with the manufacturer, Novo Nordisk, and the device will be forwarded to them for inspection and investigation. If the manufacturer confirms that the product is faulty, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost. Please note that this investigation and replacement process can take up to six weeks.
All faulty devices must be reported within 45 days of receiving your order. Reports made after this timeframe will, unfortunately, not be eligible for replacement.
Please do not return any products, medications, or devices unless we specifically instruct you to do so in writing via email. By law, any prescription medication returned to us must be destroyed, and we cannot accept responsibility for refunds or replacements for items returned without prior written authorization. This policy also applies to medications returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Side Effects and Medication Effectiveness
Weight Loss Pills Pharmacy does not manufacture medications and only dispenses products that are licensed and approved for use in the United States. You are not entitled to a refund if the medication does not deliver the level of effectiveness you expected or if you do not achieve your desired weight loss outcome.
All medications may cause side effects, including some that may not be listed by the manufacturer or regulatory authorities, such as the MHRA. Refunds will not be issued due to side effects, whether they are commonly known, officially listed, or unlisted. Prior to placing an order, you will be required to confirm that you have read and understood the official patient information leaflet and that you are aware of the potential risks and side effects.
We strongly advise ordering the smallest quantity of medication when starting treatment to minimize unnecessary waste if the medication is not suitable for you. Due to legal requirements, prescription-only medicines cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
By placing an order with Weight Loss Pills Pharmacy, you confirm that you are making an informed and conscious decision, fully aware that treatment results may vary and that side effects, listed or unlisted, may occur. You also agree that Weight Loss Pills Pharmacy will not be held liable for issuing refunds if the medication does not meet your expectations or results in side effects.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately by emailing sales@weightlospillsforsale.com, and no later than 24 hours after delivery. We will investigate the issue promptly and take appropriate steps to resolve the matter.
Non-Delivery of Products
All orders are shipped using a fully tracked delivery service. You will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, you will be offered the choice of either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
However, if delivery was attempted and you were unavailable to receive the order, or if an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement under these terms and conditions. Please ensure that delivery details are correct and that someone is available to receive the package. If you require delivery on a specific day, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you have not received your order, you must contact us within 7 days of placing it. Our ability to investigate missing shipments is limited to a short timeframe, and failure to notify us within this period may prevent the courier or us from conducting a successful investigation.
