If you decide to change your mind after placing an order, we are able to offer a full refund provided that the products have not yet been dispensed. To request a cancellation and refund at this stage, please contact us by email at sales@weightlospillsforsale.com, clearly quoting your order number along with the delivery address used at checkout. Once we receive your request, we will arrange for the refund to be processed accordingly.
However, once your medication has been dispensed, the order can no longer be cancelled, and we are unable to issue a refund. This restriction is due to regulations governing prescription-only medicines, as well as the fact that the medication will have been individually prepared, labelled, and allocated specifically for your personal use.
For the avoidance of any doubt, if your order has already been dispensed and you subsequently receive the medication but later decide that you no longer wish to proceed, returns will not be accepted, and a refund cannot be provided. Please be aware that orders may be reviewed, approved, and dispensed on the same day they are placed. For this reason, if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, you must contact us immediately after submitting it.
All approved refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing sales@weightlospillsforsale.com, and no later than 24 hours after delivery. We will promptly investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
In the event that you receive a faulty or damaged device, please contact us immediately, within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, by emailing sales@weightlospillsforsale.com. Our team will review the matter and provide further instructions without delay. Please note that Saxenda injections or other prescription medications should not be returned to us unless we specifically request this in writing via email. By law, any prescription medication returned to us must be destroyed, and we cannot be held responsible for issuing refunds for items that are returned without prior written authorization. This policy also applies to medications that are returned to us due to failed or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
